Planning & Inspiration
Before you hit record, use the product at least twice. Ask yourself: What makes this special? Is it the texture, the scent, or the packaging? * Pro Tip: Search the brand on social media to see their "vibe." If you match their aesthetic, they are more likely to reshare your content!
Recording Like a Pro (On a Budget)
You don’t need a fancy studio. Your phone is enough!
Lighting is Key: Always face a window for natural light. Bad lighting makes a product look "cheap"; good lighting elevates the brand.
The "Wipe" Rule: Always wipe your camera lens before filming. A smudge can ruin an entire shoot.
Vertical is Best: Record vertically for TikTok, Reels, and the Beauty Buddy app.
Editing for Engagement
Keep it snappy! Mariana suggests keeping clips between 1.5 to 3 seconds.
